In Puerto Lopez we met up with Laura (from France, but living in Ecuador) and Richard (from England) who we knew from Quito. Puerto Lopez was a bit of a dump so we didn’t stay there long. On the advice of Richard we went out fishing and snorkelling one day. We caught heaps of fish which we ate at the guide’s house later that evening. The snorkelling was mediocre and hardly worth it.
