We did a boat trip to the Islas Damas, which is administered by a stern looking colony of Humboldt Penguins, and Chile is disputing ownership of these islands. The Penguins are lobbying the United Nations to gain nation status, and are proposing to call it the Federation of Penguin Islands. Despite the travel advisory warning of a hostile reception from these very nationalistic Penguins, they let us land in peace and take photos.
