Tioman Island
Advertised as 'one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world', Tioman does indeed have most of the things you expect on this billing - clear coral filled seas nice beaches and jungle clad mountains. No bare breasted native girls though. Tioman also has the biggest monitor lizards outside of Komodo which grow up to 2 meters long. Another thing to check out here is the Fred Flinstone inspired public works. Tioman is now Duty Free so come quick before it get's completely covered with duty free shops, cheap bars and drunk backpackers.
