Roads transport is bone jarring and very slow in Cambodia, so we took a boat up the Tonle Sap river and lake to Siem Reap. The Tonle Sap river reverses flow in the wet season and floods the Tonle sap lake. Heaps of fish migrate, feed and spawn in the flooded forest surrounding the lake, making it one of the richest fresh water fisheries in the world.
