Phnom Penh, the start and the end of our journey through Cambodia. Phnom Penh is overrun with NGO's and hence has lots of flash restaurants and white people cruising around in new 4WD's. We hung around just long enough to join up with Maureen's parents, auntie and grand auntie and catch a few of the local sites including temples and museums.
